Muay Thai -  Known as The Art of 8 Limbs, one of the most effective and versatile striking arts, and possibly the most widely practiced striking art when it comes it comes to Mixed Martial Arts competitors and recreational students alike. In this art you will learn to use your Punches, Kicks, Knees, Elbows and Clinch work to high proficiency in order to control any situation on the feet. 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu -  Is a martial art and combat sport that is based around grappling and ground work, the objective is to control your opponent, advance position and eventually find a way to submit them with joint locks or chokes. In a real defense situation Jiu Jitsu is incredibly effective, as you can entirely neutralize an opponents reach, or strength using leverage. 

Cardio Kickboxing - One of the best fitness routines out there. Fast paced kickboxing intervals for 45 min will have that extra fat melting off you. This class isn't an art, but is open to competitors and non competitors, while this isn't as much an instructional class we will sharpen up your technique along the way to insure a safe and enjoyable experience. We will teach you how to throw real techniques to help you get in shape faster.

Wrestling - A style of grappling that focuses on pinning your opponent to the ground and controlling them. Utilizing take downs to achieve control, traditionally using a position to pin someone for a minimum length of time to win a match. At Tusk MMA, we break down the fundamentals of wrestling to assist with our MMA fighters and Jiu-Jitsu students.
